How do we feel about ourselves?

About the ME that we have inside us?

I guess most of us have room to improve our self-esteem, to have more confidence, to have a feeling of better self-worth than we have right now.

It is common that we blame ourselves for the majority of negative things that happen around us - "it must be my fault".

Yet we rarely give ourselves praise if we have done something positive - in fact we rarely notice or acknowledge our positive side.

Paul has developed techniques to help us to look honestly at ourselves from an objective perspective and to view and acknowledge both positive and negative sides.

Through simple positive stacking, Paul helps us to develop good self-esteem, more confidence and a good feeling of self-worth.

Paul helps us to understand where the negativity comes from, why it develops and how to get rid of it, maybe by using hot air balloons with baskets attached. He then helps us to develop a positive awareness of things around us and a positive awareness of ourselves.
